NaPoWriMo Day 8 – Sway of the Dancing Fountain

Swish, swash, the water splash
Straight up, and side to side;
That is her sway under the moonlight.

Swish, swash, the water splash again
Now bends from east to west;
That is her sway in sync of the tune.

In an infinity curve, the waters spurt
Bursting, rushing, chasing each other
There is no end but to all in embrace.

In symphony of music they dance
Swaying like ballerinas on a pedestal
There is no end but in time to say goodbye.

I am in awe to watch you move.
You make me sing when you play your song;
But it feels so sad, it’s time to say goodbye.
